Marvel

Along with classic Disney weekend cartoons, like Rescue Rangers, Ducktales and Tale Spin, I also watched the X-Men cartoon series and Spiderman. Growing up in the 90’s, I watched the best cartoons on TV compared to before and now. So when X-Men was first made into a live action film, the 90’s kid inside squealed with joy (thank you 20th Century Fox). Never, did I imagine I would see the rest of the Marvel heroes brought to life on the big screen, and become so HUGE and be even cooler than my old favourite mutant super heroes that I loved so much as a kid!

“If we can’t protect the Earth, you can be damn sure we’ll avenge it.”
– Tony Stark

Thanks to Disney and Marvel Studios, the Marvel Cinematic Universe is bigger and better than any fan could have imagined. Bringing well known super heroes, and not so well known, to life for us, with each film getting greater than the last. Unlikely heroes winning the hearts of children as well as their parents, taking us on an awesome journey, through incredible story-telling, and cool tunes, as well as AMAZING and GROUND-BREAKING, special effects!

Phase One

We have a lot to look forward to from Disney/MCU, and as a fan myself I squeak with excitement when I hear or read anything new to do with the films we’ve yet to see. It seems silly to get so excited, but because I’ve been so impressed with some of the films so far, where they’ve gone in terms of the storyline, and then the fact that they are ALL connected just blows my mind.
